Who's responsible for this app?
useless company. you sign up, you wait for the email to arrive with the pin, it never arrives. makes the whole sports centre completely unusable. local council should strip them of their contract.
The Booking App is not in li e with the office/reception in Gt Dunmow. HAVE BOOKED A General Swim, many times, only to find it is change or has a school party. No call to say changed or gone, often missed booking blocking my future bookings, demanding I pay. TRY TO SORT OUT, But it continues to date, tried to swim today, General Slots were blocked with yellow???
Nothing but problems just trying to register. You fill in the details in the app, and you are supposed to be sent a pin number to use when you login. The email never arrives despite trying several times. So the app is useless because you can't get started. I can see other reviews with the same issues. A lots of updates needed.
Still does not accurately reflect health suite booking 'slots'

Nothing about this app is good. It starts with needing to go into the venue to be issued a pin that you can't then seem to change, followed by an accounts page that tells you you're not logged in to any accounts but doesn't give you a login button. The only way I found to log in was to try to book a swimming session and get to a login page from there. Everything about this app is awful.
Very poor app. Reset pin number link doesn't work, navigation is not very intuitive, booking prices are misleading eg. Will ask you to book an activity for say £5 on the app and then on arrival you'll learn that that's only half the payment and will have a further £5 to pay at the venue.
There is no option to cancel and reschedule session on pay as you go
I will never use 1LIFE again.
